Refund Policy

1. Our approach

We publish this policy so guests understand cancellation and weather outcomes before paying a deposit. Exact terms for a specific booking are confirmed in writing with your planner.

2. Guest-initiated cancellation

• More than 30 days before the charter date: deposit refundable minus a modest administrative fee (typically 10% of deposit, disclosed at booking).
• 15–30 days before: 50% of deposit may be retained.
• Fewer than 15 days: deposit is generally non-refundable unless we successfully rebook the vessel for the same slot.

3. Weather and safety cancellations

If the captain cancels for weather or safety, we will offer a reschedule at no extra charter fee (subject to availability) or a full refund of amounts paid for the unused charter period, as agreed in your confirmation.

4. Operator or Adfoz cancellation

If we or the vessel operator must cancel for reasons other than guest conduct, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for the affected period or an equivalent alternative, at your preference where feasible.
