By submitting an inquiry or booking through Adfoz.com or our team, you agree to these Terms. Adfoz facilitates private charter and event experiences; the actual vessel operator remains responsible for the safe operation of the vessel.
Quotes are valid for the period stated. A booking is confirmed only after we issue written confirmation and the required deposit is received. Rates are based on the vessel, season, duration, and inclusions agreed in writing.
Guests must follow captain and crew instructions, respect capacity limits, and not bring prohibited items. Damage caused by guests beyond normal wear may be charged.
The captain has final authority on safety. If a charter cannot proceed due to weather or safety, we will work to reschedule or apply the Refund Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adfoz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction where applicable.
